Show items in categories sorted by itinerary schedule
In a notebook category view, be able to view the attractions (or whatever) ordered by when they're scheduled in the itinerary.
44 votesWe’ve just added “itinerary” as an option for sorting your notebook lists. Change the sort order at the top right of the list.

See which items are scheduled or not (added to itinerary)
It would be convenient to know which items are already added to the itinerary. So that by simply looking at the list you could see which items you have scheduled and which are unscheduled. Even a simple mark near the item icon could be sufficient. Being able to filter the list to scheduled/unscheduled would be even better.
26 votesYou can now sort any of your notebooks by “itinerary.” (Change the sort at the top right of the notebook list.) When you do this, all of the not-yet-scheduled items will be grouped together at the end, as “Unscheduled.”

Condense printed itinerary
Make the printable itinerary more condensed. If I printed mine out now it would be 30 pages long!
8 votesWe just added a bunch of print options, so you can omit sections you don’t want.

Linking photos or uploading pictures
Linking photos like Pinterest does so you can see what a place looks like without having to look it up. Or uploading photos.
5 votesIf you click into an item in your Planapple notebook, there’s a new “Add Picture” option (below the contact details) that lets you link in an image.

Print options
Love everything about your site enough to donate over all the other apps/sites I tried.
The only think I would like to see... Printing the intinerary. Option to turn off items maybe? i.e. I have my phone for the maps...
Or an option for a condensed version?2 votes -

Lodging implies hotel, motel, campgrounds are a different animal
Add Camping to the Notebook
1 voteYou can actually rename or remove any of Planapple’s built-in categories, or create your own. Click the little triangle next to a category’s name (on the left side of the page) to rename or remove it, or click “add category” at the bottom of the list to create a new one. Hope that helps.

multi day items
Allow something to be scheduled on more than one day. If I'm doing the same thing on multiple days I should be able to drag it to multiple days on the calendar. maybe have a check box to allow an item to be a multi day item so the usual method of dragging around to change the day something is planed doesn't change.
1 votePlanapple actually has this feature now, using “More options” in the scheduling dialog. We have instructions and screenshots at https://planapple.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/227162-how-can-i-schedule-an-item-for-multiple-days

Allow to make two stops on a city
Our trip is a cruise. We arrive in Copenhagen and depart back to US in Copenhagen. The system does not allow us to use same city twice. Please fix this error and allow us, users be able to plan a cruise. I would like an answer [email hidden] Mario Agudelo
1 voteYou can actually do this now.
If you are keeping track of cities as “destinations” (which show up as separate notebooks in Planapple), you can simply use the Add Destination option to add a city as many times as you’d like. You can edit the order, names, and dates of the cities (notebooks) in the Edit Trip dialog. Here’s how: http://planapple.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/242330
Or if you are keeping track of a city as an item within a notebook, you can add that item to the itinerary multiple times. Here’s how: http://planapple.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/227162
[By the way, you posted this as an suggestion for a new feature in Planapple’s public ideas forum, so I’ve removed your email address from the public posting.]

Print should be in date/time sequence
A trip planner is not useful if it is not printed in Date order. Please fix your itinerary so that it is in Date order and Date/Time order.
I spent ages typing in my details and the planner is not useable.0 votes
