I forgot my username (or how I signed up)
Enter your email address, and we'll send your username. Or if you signed up with Facebook or Google, the email will tell you which one to use to login. (The email will also include a link to reset your password—which you can just ignore if you remember your password.)
The email may take a few minutes to arrive. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folders, in case it ended up there.
Please carefully check the spelling of your username. The email shows the username you typed when you created your Planapple account. Typos are very common. (Once you've logged in—using the spelling from the email—you can change a misspelled username in your account settings.)
(If you signed up for Planapple using Twitter and never added an email address to your account, then we don't have an email address on file for you, and the form won't work.)
