Not receiving Planapple mail forwarded through Hotmail or Outlook.com

If you signed up for Planapple using an @hotmail.com or @outlook.com email address, and you forward that address to your main email account (say, at Gmail or Yahoo, or even a different Hotmail address), you may not be receiving emails from Planapple.

This is caused by a change in the way Microsoft provides forwarding for Hotmail and Outlook.com addresses. And you're probably also not getting some mail sent from Facebook, Gmail and AOL users, and several other large email services.

There's a technical explanation in this Microsoft blog, which also says Microsoft is working on fixing the problem. Until they do, you'll need to check your mail in the original Hotmail or Outlook.com account, rather than the account you forward it to.
