You can actually do this now, but only through the Planapple Save Button. There’s not yet any way to add additional bookmarks from within Planapple itself. (We’ll treat votes for this suggestion as a vote for that feature.)
When you’re using the Save Button, there are two tabs at the top: “New Item” and “Update”. Use the “Update” tab to add the page you’re saving to an existing item in your trip.

Good idea to be able to group all of the entries related to a singe business toether (Home page, TA reviews, Booking reference etc
